By placing an order on dunoria.com / dunoria.dk, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


2. Prices

All prices on the webshop are stated in the applicable currency and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly displayed before the order is completed.

Dunoria reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.


3. Orders

When you place an order on the webshop, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
The order confirmation serves as confirmation that Dunoria has received your order.

Dunoria reserves the right to cancel orders due to out-of-stock items, technical errors, or obvious pricing errors.


4. Payment

Payment can be made using the payment methods available on the webshop.
The amount will only be charged once the order has been dispatched, unless otherwise agreed.

All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment solutions.


5. Delivery

Dunoria delivers to the countries listed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are stated during the ordering process and are provided as guidance only.

Dunoria cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.


6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform Dunoria of your decision within the 14-day period.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.


7. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and approved, a refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.


8. Complaints & Warranty

You are entitled to a 2-year warranty in accordance with Danish consumer law.

The warranty covers defects or faults that were present at the time of delivery.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.

If a complaint is approved, Dunoria may offer repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the situation.


9. Personal Data

Dunoria processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Your information is used solely for order processing and delivery and will not be shared with third parties unless necessary to complete the transaction.


10. Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact Dunoria first so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

If no agreement can be reached, you may submit a complaint to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board via www.naevneneshus.dk.


11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All purchases made on dunoria.com are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
